@ojyokpe maybe you can assist with my Nigerian passport application renewal with the New York consulate process via the contactless process since July 2025. The immigration office New York do not respond to the phone call or email.
The immigration tracker shows approval to produce for more than 5 months now.
I live in here in Tracy, California and a Nigerian American. I believe a lot of us in diaspora are facing this same issue with all the noise and so much spent on technology.

Henry Emeka: @ros65 if you live in the US to renew your Nigerian passport you can go to office in NYC or the office in Houston TX renewed mine there some time back

Niran Salami: I completed using the contactless just introduced. This process reviewed. I can track the application but no movement after approval to print and no one can give reason (s) why no further movement. I have seen other people with same complaints.
