Respectfully the United States does publish names of individuals and entities in Nigeria that it designates as terrorist sponsors or supporters.
These names appear on U.S. sanctions lists such as the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List) maintained by the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

What the U.S. actually publishes
The U.S. government regularly designates and publicly lists:

Individuals linked to boko haram, ISIS–West Africa (ISWAP), and Ansaru

Entities or organizations accused of supporting extremist activity

Nigerians involved in terror financing, cyber‑enabled terrorism, or narcotics networks connected to militant groups

These designations are published through OFAC and the U.S. State Department’s counterterrorism authorities.

Examples involving Nigeria
Recent U.S. sanctions have named multiple Nigerians and Nigeria‑based entities for alleged terrorism support, including individuals tied to boko haram and ISWAP.
The U.S. has also designated eight Nigerians specifically as terrorism sponsors under Executive Order 13224. tracknews.ng
