Federal, State Governments Encouraging Communities To Negotiate With Terrorists — Adamu

In neighboring Kastina, there is enough evidence to show that the negotiations for the pact between the communities and the bandits had some elements of state sanction. In Zamfara State, the governor has been emphatic to say that he would not negotiate with bandits, but he’s moved to the ruling APC so it’s possible his stance on that has changed.
