Bearish sentiment has continued to grip Nigeria's FGN bond secondary market since March 2026, with the latest month seeing the most pronounced selloffs at the long end of the yield curve, the April 2037 paper widening 173bps, driving a 32bps overall yield increase for long-tenor bonds.
