TWO THINGS YOU SHOULD STOP DOING in order to become an Effective Leader:

Never COMPETE with other people. Life is not designed for you to compete with others rather, life is designed for you to dominate; not to dominate people but to dominate in the area of your gifts and talents.

Never COMPARE yourself with other people. Comparison is a thief of destiny. You're not supposed to blend in or follow the CROWD rather, you're supposed to stand out and follow the RIGHT way.

True Leaders DON'T compete or compare themselves with others.
