It pains me deeply for these accidents that are absolutely preventable. please put people at work , it shows clearly there NO!!!! rail way tracks maintenance etc. at the point of incident / environments and etc.
There should be NO!!! weeds on Tracks, No track drainage if any weeds roots will stop it, holding rain water on track ( wet bed formation ), leading to poor clips , Ballast formation packings etc and vegetations both sides No no no Chineke !!! mere anyi Ebere biko! Nna bi na Igwe gbata osu ebere!!! . Road, Air , rail ,Sea, We are all Leads in some ways where ever you are working do a good Job , for your self, your Children and the Nation at large.
