THE LITTLE SEED SHALL COME WITH A GREAT HARVEST
TOPIC: THE SEED OF SACRIFICE
SCRIPTURE:
2 Samuel 24:24-25 (KJV)
24 And the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
25 And David built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD was intreated for the land, and the plague was stayed from Israel.
REFLECTION:
Sacrifice is a seed that carries extraordinary power in the Kingdom of God. Throughout Scripture, great manifestations of God’s power often followed acts of genuine sacrifice. Sacrifice demonstrates love, honor, commitment, and faith in God beyond convenience and comfort.
King David understood this principle when he refused to offer to God something that cost him nothing. He recognized that true sacrifice involves surrender, commitment, and value. Because of his sacrifice, God’s mercy was released, and judgment was halted.
God Himself demonstrated the ultimate sacrifice by giving His only begotten Son for the salvation of mankind. Jesus willingly laid down His life so that we might receive eternal life. Every believer today enjoys redemption because of the greatest sacrifice ever offered.
There are sacrifices of prayer, time, service, worship, giving, obedience, fasting, and Kingdom commitment. While sacrifice may seem costly in the present, it often becomes the seed of extraordinary harvest in the future. What is surrendered to God never leaves your life; it enters your future as a harvest.
As you continue through this Month of Divine Visitation, allow God to use your life for His glory. The little seed of sacrifice you offer in faith shall return with a great harvest of blessings, favor, promotion, and Kingdom impact.
MEDITATION:
Every sacrifice I make for God is producing eternal rewards and supernatural harvest.
CONFESSION OF FAITH & REALITY:
I declare that I am committed to honoring God with my life, resources, time, and service. I shall not withhold from God what belongs to Him. Every sacrifice I make in obedience to His will is producing blessings, favor, increase, and divine visitation. My labor shall not be in vain. My commitment shall not go unrewarded. I shall reap a harvest beyond my expectations in Jesus’ mighty Name. Amen.
THREE SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER POINTS:
1. Father, give me a heart that willingly honors You through sacrifice, obedience, and service in the Name of Jesus.
2. Every spirit of selfishness, complacency, and resistance to Kingdom commitment, be destroyed by fire in Jesus’ Name.
3. O Lord, let every sacrifice I have offered unto You produce supernatural harvest, favor, promotion, and Kingdom advancement in Jesus’ mighty Name.
PERSONAL REQUEST:
Father, help me to serve You wholeheartedly and to value Your Kingdom above every earthly pursuit.

May the Lord reward you openly for what you have done in faith. I decree that your sacrifices shall become seeds of extraordinary testimonies. Doors shall open before you, favor shall locate you, and divine provision shall overtake you.
In this season of Divine Visitation, your harvest shall exceed your sacrifice and your testimony shall glorify God.
