🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Kwankwaso Threatens to Leave NDC if His Candidates Are Replaced – Party Insists on 60/40 Formula!

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has triggered fresh crisis in Kano by replacing several Kwankwasiyya-backed candidates to enforce a pre-agreed 60/40 power-sharing deal (Kwankwasiyya gets 60%, original party structure 40%).

According to reports, a document signed by Kano NDC Chairman Hon. Hussaini Isah Mairiga outlines the changes, copied to National Leader Senator Seriake Dickson and Kwankwaso himself. Kwankwaso and his bloc are reportedly furious, with strong indications he may pull out if the replacements stand.

This comes shortly after Kwankwaso and Peter Obi defected to NDC from ADC, positioning for a big 2027 run.

Mavis Daniel: In my opinion, the NDC as a party should honour the agreement, and later compensate other party members with political appointment just for the election to scale through without any form of resolutions, because this maybe a means to spoil PO chances of winning this elections.
