FACT: There are 2 types of twins
1. Identical - 1 egg splits. Random. No control.
2. Fraternal - 2 eggs released. This one has factors.

FACTORS that can increase odds of fraternal twins:
1. Family history, esp on mom’s side
2. Age 30-40 - FSH levels are higher
3. Multiple pregnancies before
4. Height + body type - research is mixed

MYTH: No food, tea, or “special position” can guarantee twins. If anyone promises 100%, run 😂

IMPORTANT: Twin pregnancies are higher risk. More chance of early delivery, BP issues, etc.
