This is Karu site INEC office this morning, INEC said their system isn't working.

People have taken numbers as early as 4am.

The man at the gate said that he was only given 44 numbers per day for the whole of Karu.

And those that are given numbers can't even register for system shutdown. Infact, according to yesterday people, they don't do more than 30 a day.

Can we mobilize against INEC ending this process as scheduled and force them to issue the eligible voters their card ASAP?
