Your Lordship Courts, Judiciary 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concern about issues of accountability, transparency, and the urgent need for reforms that directly impact the lives of millions of Nigerians.
Recent reports, including the Federal High Court ruling in Lagos declaring the N110 billion vehicle and allowance scheme unlawful, highlight a pattern of public spending that does not align with procurement laws, constitutional obligations, or the public trust. The court’s directive to ensure transparency, due process, and value for money in all future expenditures is a critical step, but Nigerians expect full enforcement.
Respectfully 240 million Nigerians concerns are as follows:
Public funds must be used to address the root causes of insecurity, including boko haram, by investing in job creation for the nation’s youth and graduates.
Nigeria needs large-scale investment in agriculture, free housing, education, healthcare, electricity, and digital access across all 36 states and 774 local government areas.
All Nigerians children kidnapped or missing since 1999 must be accounted for, and efforts to secure their safe return must be prioritized now 6/7/2026
Any politician found misusing public funds, including on unnecessary luxury vehicles, should face appropriate legal consequences.
Respectfully if existing institutions such as the EFCC or DSS are unable to deliver accountability, reforms should be considered, including strengthening the judiciary and empowering qualified law graduates to support investigations. No human is perfect youths learn from corrupt godfathers anyone caught stealing Nigerian tax money must be jailed

Nigerians expect the courts to uphold the law without fear or favor. If public officials refuse to comply with legal and constitutional standards, the public deserves full transparency, including publication of relevant financial information on the global internet
The future of over 240 million Nigerians depends on decisive action, accountability, and a commitment to using public resources for national development.
