If i'm PBAT and what i would do to curb insecurity, I will declare state of emergency, Nigeria has 774 local council, I will create a rapid response center in each locality with solid communication gadgets, I will deploy 10 military to each local govt area, I want to see how badit and terrorists would escape in a state that has more than 20 local govt council, but I don't think govt is ready to do that. #WhatIsTrendingWithOjyOkpe
