Urgent: Bring Back the Abducted Oyo Children Now

Your Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Remi Tinubu, 240 million Nigerians are writing with deep anguish and outrage over the continued abduction of schoolchildren in Oyo State. These are Nigerian children — innocent, terrified, and waiting to be rescued — yet days continue to pass without their safe return.

How do we, as a nation, accept this? How do leaders sleep knowing that families are living through a nightmare no parent should ever experience? Every hour that these children remain in captivity is an hour of trauma that will shape their lives forever.

Respectfully Governor Seyi Makinde has announced new security measures, including an overnight motorcycle ban, but these actions mean nothing if our children are still missing. Nigerians are watching. Parents are breaking. Children are suffering. This is not the time for silence, ceremony, or political distance. It is the time for decisive, visible, and compassionate leadership.

Respectfully you have families. You know what it means to love and protect a child. 240 million Nigerians are asking — demanding — that you use every federal resource, every security agency, and every ounce of your authority to bring these children home now 6/5/2026

Luxury cars, political events, and public statements cannot replace the life of children of Nigeria it don`t matter if they are wazobia they are Nigerian children they did not ask for this all they wanted was education which you have failed to provide for decades both past/government, opposition parties, independent candidates. The only thing that matters today is their safe return now 6/5/2026
