Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Former Governor Ayo Fayose,240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concern about the ongoing hardship, insecurity, and suffering experienced by millions of Nigerians. For decades, families across the country have endured the trauma of kidnappings, killings, and the disappearance of children. These tragedies continue to leave lasting pain, and many Nigerians feel that their voices and their grief have not been fully acknowledged.

The Nigerian people expect leadership that prioritizes their safety, dignity, and well‑being above political ambitions. Many are troubled that national conversations often focus on future elections while urgent issues affecting 240 million Nigerians remain unresolved.

Respectfully Mr. President, Nigerians continue to demand for decisive action to address the root causes of insecurity, including boko haram and other violent groups that have caused immense harm. These groups have been responsible for severe human rights violations and loss of life, and their impact continues to devastate communities. 240 million Nigerians also remember the promises made during the 2022/2023 campaign, including commitments to give free electricity access and expand digital connectivity to 240 million Nigerians. Many still struggle daily without reliable power or affordable data.

Former Governor Fayose, every Nigerian has the right to support any political party or candidate of their choosing. However, 240 million Nigerians feel that empathy and compassion for the suffering of Nigerians should come before political positioning.

Across the country, Nigerians are united in one belief: the power to choose the nation’s leaders belongs to 240 million Nigerians More than 240 million Nigerians expect that the 2027 elections will reflect their collective will, free from manipulation or interference.

The question many Nigerians ask is simple: How can leaders sleep peacefully when so many families live in fear, grief, and uncertainty? Those in public office enjoy security, electricity, and comfort, while 240 million Nigerians face daily hardship.

240 million Nigerians in the 36 states 774 LGA are demanding commitment, accountability, and urgent action. They want their children protected, their communities safe, and their future secured.
