Amend the constitution to hand states the management of its own Police. The federal government can have federal police or National guard for emergency interventions. The federal government is led by one man. The president alone can’t manage a country so big like Nigeria. Police, Vehicle registration, medicine and other small agencies are should be state run. We copied democracy from America, but we refused to practice it in reality. The system now is too corrupt or enables corruption. Nigerians need to stop going after the president. Go after our National Assembly. They make these laws. They literally determine how Nigeria is run. The president just sanctions laws.
