He also spoke about how Nigeria's early leaders invested in critical infrastructure and emphasized the importance of long-term planning and financing for power generation. So why do some people claim that Peter Obi never explained how he intends to achieve the electricity targets he promised?

Whether one agrees with his proposals or not, he did present ideas and a framework for improving power generation. Sometimes, the problem is not a lack of information but a lack of public attention and memory.
