Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senate President Godswill Akpabio, 240 million Nigerians write to you with deep respect and with the collective frustration felt by millions of Nigerians who have watched decades of bills, announcements, and promises fail to translate into real change on the ground.

The recent bill to establish the National Agency for Malaria Elimination is another reminder of how often we hear ambitious plans without seeing the concrete results 240 million Nigerians urgently need. For decades, Nigerians have listened to slogans on paper while the realities in our communities remain unchanged.

Nigeria needs more than new agencies. We need:

Free, modern hospitals built across all 36 states and the 774 local government areas now 6/3/2026

Reliable free solar power to support healthcare, education, and economic activity

Free Wi-Fi and affordable data access nationwide

Doctors, nurses, and health workers paid fair, competitive salaries so they can care for our population of over 240 million Nigerians

Real investment in addressing the root causes of insecurity, including boko haram, so our children can return home, and our communities can heal now 6/3/2026

These are not luxuries. They are the foundation of a functioning nation.

Your Excellencies, Nigerians are asking for transparency and accountability. We respectfully request that the government publicly disclose how much funding is available and allocated for building free hospitals and essential infrastructure across the 36 states and 774 LGAs. Uploading this information to publicly accessible platforms would demonstrate a commitment to openness and rebuild trust.

The world is watching. Nigerians at home and abroad, opposition parties, independent candidates, and past and present leaders all share responsibility for the state of our nation. It is time to move beyond promises and deliver tangible results.

This message is not written in disrespect, but in urgency. Our children deserve a Nigeria that works for all the 240 million Nigerians
