Paying Ransome to bandit secretly empowers criminality. Secondly if there is no money to steal no politician will contest for Elections in Nigeria.
Comparing this statement, if there is no tithe and offering to be collected in churches, there will be No Church Poliferation.
This same corruption, is what we see with Nigeria Police and road extortion from vehicular owners and transportation.
Whether we accept or not our lives as Nigerians, is mess up. That why they dont care about the ordinary citizen.
