Don’t assume your friends have forgotten you just because they went quiet.
Sometimes silence isn’t neglect. It’s survival. You don’t know what they’re facing behind closed doors — grief, burnout, bills, anxiety, battles they haven’t told anyone about.
So check on them. Send the “You good?” text. Make the 2-minute call. Show up.
Friendship isn’t a competition of who reaches out first. It’s two people taking turns holding each other up.
Today, be the one who checks in. You might be saving someone.

Engr Kenneth Okojie: They too are going through tough times
Rose: 💙 Very true. Life can get overwhelming, and sometimes the people who seem distant are simply carrying burdens we can't see. A simple message, call, or kind word can mean more than we realize. Let's be intentional about checking on our friends and reminding them they're not alone. 🙏✨
