My question to all tiers of government - when thousands and hundreds of pupils and students are taken away by a group of non-state actors, ARE SUCH GROUPS ALSO FIGHTING GUERRILLA WARFARE? HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN? DO THEY MOVE THESE HUGE NUMBERS IN AN UNDERGROUND PATH THAT NOTHING UP SKIES SEES SUCH MOVEMENT?
