Former President Buhari shutdown twitter in Nigeria for about 6months because he felt personally insulted by Nigerian users of the app. But somehow Nigerian government want Nigerians to believe they cannot trace terrorist who call to contact victims families, post videos on internet based platforms etc.... yet Nigerian Security + government are telling us the kidnappers are untraceable...
