Real Estate Asset !!!

This is an asset class that can guarantee your financial freedom if you fully understand how it works. Depending on the environment you choose to invest, you must be on top of the subsisting laws and also monitor how it evolves because it changes over time.

First rule of real estate is that you must make money at the point of purchase by buying below market value (BMV)

Second rule of real estate is that it must be cash flowing. Inflows from the investment must exceed outflows to service and maintain it.

Third rule of real estate is that the probability of capital appreciation must be very high in the short, medium and long term.

Strategies that works in different countries differs, accessibility to funds differs, financial circumstances differs, asset security differs, individual goals differs etc.

Provided you know what you are doing, real estate as an asset class have always worked, still works and will forever work. You have to learn the path and not gamble your way.
