If he thinks he has found a safe haven after destabilising the Labour Party, he may soon face serious political pushback from those still within the party structure. He cannot weaken a platform and simply move on without consequences, as internal political realities will eventually catch up with him. Ultimately, the political space is competitive, and no one can impose themselves without broad acceptance. However, the final decision rests with Nigerians, and no candidate can become president without addressing issues of governance, accountability, and the fight against corruption.
