Dear parent, Happy new month and welcome to the new week 😊.

Are you aware that your daughter is building something right now.

Whether she knows it or not.

Whether you know it or not.

Whether she intends to or not.

Every post she makes is a brick.

Every caption she puts out is a brick.

Every comment she makes, every live video she joins, every trend she jumps on without thinking; A brick.

The question is not whether she is building.

The question is: What is she building?

Because in 5 years,

When she applies to that university abroad

When she goes applies for that internship.

When she applies for that dream job.

Infact, she sits across from that opportunity she has been dreaming of, someone is going to Google her name.

And whatever she has been building, brick by brick, post by post, will be the first thing they see.

It’s not a secret that employers and some university admissions officers now routinely screen candidates' social media before making decisions.

Now, what this means is that, your daughter's digital footprint is already her first CV.

It’s just that does not know yet.

🔹Some girls are building a reputation for wisdom, leadership and purpose.

🔹Some are building a reputation for drama, validation seeking and noise.

Truth is, most girls are building something

👉🏾 without a plan,

👉🏾 without values as a blueprint,

👉🏾 without anyone sitting with them and asking:

What do you actually want people to say about you?

That conversation is one we have not been having loudly enough.
