I have noticed something interesting in church over the years.

Many people come to church every Sunday, sit quietly, and go home. You would never know they have amazing talents.

When a special program is announced. Maybe an anniversary, goodwomen program, youth program, or any special program and regular members are to participate, suddenly hidden gifts begin to appear.

The woman who has never stood in front of the church before surprises everyone with a powerful song.

The quiet brother who sits at the back turns out to be a powerful preacher.

People who were never part of any department suddenly find where they belong.

I've seen choir members and even church minister emerge from such programs.

Sometimes, all it takes is one opportunity for a gift to be discovered.

That's why I believe there are many untapped talents sitting in our churches today.

What is needed is an opportunity, encouragement, and a willingness to step forward.

You may think you have nothing to offer, but God sees potential where others see ordinary. Make yourself available, don't bury your gift in the congregation when it could be blessing the kingdom.
