HAPPY NEW MONTH!

A MOMENT TO SIT WITH THIS NEW MONTH.

You are, right now, emitting light. Your cells are firing, your metabolism is burning, your biophoton field is pulsing in rhythm with a circadian clock calibrated over a lifetime. Physically, you cannot stop shining as long as you are alive.

The question is never whether you have light. The question is whether you are aiming it.

A lamp hidden under a bowl does not stop being a lamp. It simply stops fulfilling its purpose. The light is real. The warmth is real. But trapped, contained, suppressed, it illuminates nothing, warms no one, and leaves the room exactly as dark as it found it.

What truth are you sitting on that someone in your world is desperately navigating in the dark without?

What room in your own life have you kept deliberately dark because you are afraid of what the light might show?
