But because:

Politicians fear systems they cannot influence

INEC resists external audits

The law is ambiguous by design

240 million Nigerians have not yet applied sustained pressure

Reform is possible — but it must be forced now 5/31/2026 not with violence but with pressure from 240 million Nigerians and the USA, UK 195 countries
