Your Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concern about the state of public health, national security, and essential services affecting millions of Nigerians. These issues have been raised repeatedly by citizens who feel unheard and unprotected.

240 million Nigerians are alarmed by reports that foreigners exposed to Ebola may be sent to African countries for treatment. Given the fragile condition of our healthcare system, we urge your administration to ensure that Nigeria does not accept any foreign Ebola cases. Our hospitals are already overstretched, and more than 240 million Nigerians continue to struggle with inadequate medical facilities.

240 million Nigerians also continue to live without the basic services that were promised decades ago. There is still no reliable electricity, no free public Wi-Fi or data access, and no meaningful progress toward universal healthcare, education, or housing. Meanwhile, ordinary Nigerians pay for electricity that remains unreliable, while poverty and unemployment persist at alarming levels.

The ongoing insecurity is devastating families across the country. Children have been kidnapped and killed since the late 1990s, and communities continue to live in fear. Nigerians are calling on your administration to take decisive action: address the root causes of boko haram and other violent groups, deploy CCTV cameras across all 36 states and 774 local government areas, and establish real-time alert systems so Nigerians can report crimes and receive timely warnings.

Respectfully we also call on you and the First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, to prioritize the safe return of kidnapped children and to demonstrate visible commitment to the safety and dignity of all Nigerians.

Nigerians want a government that delivers on its promises—free light, free Wi-Fi/data, improved security, and functioning public services. If these goals cannot be met, Nigerians deserve honesty and accountability.

We respectfully urge your administration to take immediate, concrete steps to address these urgent issues.
