40% Of Young South Africans Are Unemployed — Daniels
If we look at South Africa 1994 to 1996 which is the post apartheid era, South Africa was a major manufacturing hub. Due to the fact that apartheid South Africa was forced to create manufacturing jobs because we couldn’t trade with the outside world. As soon as those doors opened, we had major manufacturing industries collapsing overnight because the government didn’t realise they had to protect certain industries.
