Give your domestic staff a break once in a while and spend that time fully involved with your children.
That’s when you discover whether you are actively raising your children or simply supervising the process.
You will also learn what your children can do independently, what they struggle with, and the values they truly practice when you are present.
Support systems help, but parenting cannot be outsourced.
