Your Excellency Esteemed Former President Goodluck Jonathan,240 million Nigerians are writing to share a candid perspective about the future of Nigeria and the choices ahead of us as a nation.
You have already served your term as President, and that chapter in our history is complete. The years of your administration left many Nigerians feeling that corruption and mismanagement held the country back and kept millions in hardship. While every leader has strengths and shortcomings, the consequences of those years are still deeply felt today 5/30/2026
As Nigeria approaches the 2027 elections, the decision about who leads the country belongs to the more than 240 million Nigerians whose lives are shaped by these choices. Leadership should reflect the will of 240 million Nigerians, not the ambitions of corrupt politicians no disrespect sir just been real
Respectfully Nigeria needs space for new voices, younger leaders, and graduates Nigerians who can bring fresh ideas and integrity into public service. If the 240 million Nigerians choose someone like Peter Obi or any other candidate through their collective will, that choice must be respected as the priority.
For the sake of progress, fairness, and generational renewal, we believe it is time for you to step aside from presidential ambitions and allow the next era of leadership to emerge respectfully sir
Nigeria deserves a future built on transparency, accountability, and the energy of a new generation.
