Nigeria’s Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reportedly become the world’s largest exporter of jet fuel, according to an S&P Global Energy report

The shift comes as global fuel trade routes continue adjusting following disruptions linked to conflict in the Middle East

A refinery that only recently began operations is now playing a major role in supplying aviation fuel to markets across Europe and West Africa .

With a capacity of 650,000 barrels per day, the refinery has steadily increased exports and strengthened Nigeria’s position in the global energy market.
