Traditional Rulers, Youths, Women Should Manage Local Government Funds - Uwaleke

The Federal Government can raise about ₦77 billion and give each local government ₦1 billion, sourced from the Stabilization Fund or through borrowing arrangements with institutions like NLG or NNPC. Instead of passing it through political structures, the funds should go into a local board made up of traditional rulers, youths, and women to ensure direct oversight. The goal should be to invest in vocational and theatre skills across all local governments in Nigeria, creating jobs and building capacity at the grassroots.
