Lagos just dropped something we’ve been praying for.

New tenancy law to crush crazy rent hikes + agent “sharp charges”.

If you’ve ever paid: 1 year rent + 1 year caution + agent fee + agreement + lawyer + inspection... for an empty room...

You know this is big.

Building from scratch is hard enough. When govt removes one brick from your shoulder, you can use both hands to build your own.

Hope other states copy this fast. Shelter is step 1 to peace of mind.
