Nigeria has what Singapore never had, vast land, oil, gas, and a population of over 220 million.
Singapore had what Nigeria still struggles to build consistently, strong institutions, policy continuity, efficient governance, and world-class human capital.
Development is not just about resources. It's about what a nation chooses to do with them.
