What we can reasonably infer while no exact number exists, we can make a logical, evidence‑based inference:

UBA is headquartered in Nigeria.

Nigeria is its largest market.

Historically, the majority of its workforce has been Nigerian.

Given that UBA has had tens of thousands of employees over decades, it is reasonable to infer that the total number of Nigerians hired since 1949 is likely in the tens of thousands, but no official figure exists.
