Respectfully no publicly available source states how many Nigerians UBA has hired since its founding in 1949. Neither UBA’s annual reports nor credible news sources provide a cumulative historical employment figure.

UBA currently employs over 25,000 staff worldwide as of 2024.

This figure includes employees across Nigeria and 20+ other countries, so the number of Nigerians within that total is not separately published.

Why the exact number of Nigerians hired since 1949 is unknown
