Mr President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Seyi Makinde,

The lives of these innocent children and their teachers must remain the highest priority.

As Nigerians, we plead that every available avenue be explored to secure their safe release. The tears of parents, families and loved ones are a painful reminder that time is of the essence.

At moments like this, wisdom, patience and a commitment to preserving lives are needed above all else. Let every decision be guided by the goal of bringing these children and their teachers home safely.

Nigeria cannot abandon its most vulnerable citizens. We lend our voices to the families and communities affected:
