It Is In The Interest Of Political Parties To Ensure They Follow INEC’s Deadlines — Sambo

INEC is already appealing in court, but right now there is no stay of execution that prevents political parties from going ahead with their processes after May 30th. The law as it stands is that political parties have still September 16 before they can file their political candidates.
