The Youth Party Should Go To Court And Declare It Never Filed The Suit - Maduabuchi

The youth party now has a clear responsibility and the authority to approach the court and formally state that it never filed any suit. Without a proper plaintiff, there can be no valid suit, and therefore no valid judgment. For any judgment to stand, there must be a competent plaintiff and identifiable defendants, if either is missing, the entire foundation of the case collapses, making the judgment legally unsustainable.
