2 weeks since our children were ripped from their classrooms by bandits. 2 weeks of silence from those sworn to protect them. 2 weeks of mothers crying themselves to sleep, fathers breaking under the weight of helplessness.
Children are a nation's greatest treasure. Every responsible leader knows this. But not Nigeria's leaders.
While our kids remain in the hands of ruthless criminals, those in power carry on like nothing happened.
This isn't just a tragedy. It's a governance failure. A national disgrace. A generation held hostage not just by bandits, but by a state that has repeatedly failed its most vulnerable.
