Today I congratulate the hardworking Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Chioma Otti on the celebration of his third year anniversary of his impactful administration in the State.
In just three years he has transformed the State capital City of Umuahia,hitherto described as a 'Rural Capital ' into a modern smart, beautiful and clean city. Same for Aba. Same for Ohafia. The wind is blowing across the whole State.
May God Continue To Strengthen You As Steer The Ship Of Abia State To A Safe Berth.
