Respectfully based on all available reports, the claim that the “₦54 billion Smart School” project in Abia State — including locations such as Ohafia — is in very bad condition is largely true. Multiple independent sources report that most of the so‑called smart schools are either unfinished, nonexistent, or in severely dilapidated condition, despite the huge funds reportedly spent.
