At least 10 major stations.

Connection to at least 10 national corridors.

Many 36 state 774 LGAs get:

Stations or feeder stops, or

Proximity to a station within a reasonable distance.

Not every LGA will have its own station—that’s not efficient—but every region can be within reach of rail in the 36 states 774 LGA if Nigerian government is serious
