Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Lagos State Government, 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concern about the recurring issues that continue to affect millions of Nigerians, especially the persistent flooding in Lagos and other parts of the country. For decades, Nigerians have struggled with the same problems, yet the root causes remain unaddressed.

Nigerians pay taxes and expect their leaders to work in their best interest. It is difficult to understand why corruption, lack of political will, and delays in critical infrastructure projects continue to hinder progress. The flooding problem, in particular, demands urgent and comprehensive action. We need long-term solutions, not temporary fixes. No lies/no slogans respectfully

Beyond flooding, the ongoing insecurity caused by boko haram and other groups continues to threaten lives and stability. Nigerians deserve safety, dignity, and peace in country of birth

We also recall promises made over the years regarding 24/7 electricity, free public Wi-Fi or data access, and improved public infrastructure. Yet Lagos still lacks adequate public toilets, and many train stations remain poorly maintained. These are basic amenities that a modern city should provide.

Respectfully we urge the EFCC, the courts, and all relevant institutions to act decisively in addressing corruption. The world is watching, and Nigerians believe that our leaders can do better. No country is perfect, but progress requires commitment, transparency, and accountability.

We ask that you prioritize these issues and take meaningful steps to fix the flooding now 5/28/2026, strengthen security, improve infrastructure, and restore public trust. Nigerians deserve a government that works for 240 million Nigerians
