While many are Celebrating children's day, the abducted uyo kids and teachers are still in the bush. Only God knows what they are passing through 💔.
Children went to school to learn. Teachers went to work to educate and guide the future of this country. But instead of safety, they were met with fear, violence, and abduction.
Honestly, how many more lives must be destroyed before our leaders take insecurity seriously? Every day Nigerians wake up with fear: fear of traveling, fear of going to school, fear of simply living. This is not normal 😭 . This is not the Nigeria we deserve.
Our government keeps making promises while innocent citizens keep paying the price. Parents are now scared to send their children to school. Teachers who should be respected and protected are now becoming victims too.
A nation that cannot protect its children is failing its people.
My heart goes out to the abducted students, teachers, and their families. May they return home safely. And may we one day live in a Nigeria where human lives truly matter more than politics and empty speeches. 🇳🇬💔
