Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Remi Tinubu, Mr. Peter Obi, and Leaders of Opposition Parties and Independent Movements, 240 million Nigerians write to you out of deep concern for the wellbeing and safety of Nigerian children. Recent reports from UNICEF, UNESCO, and Nigerian institutions continue to highlight the severe challenges facing millions of our young Nigerians: high numbers of out-of-school children, child labor, malnutrition, exposure to violence and insecurity, and unequal access to education and healthcare.

These issues are real, urgent, and worsening. Nigerian children deserve safety, dignity, and the opportunity to learn without fear.

Respectfully Senator Remi Tinubu, as a mother and a pastor, 240 million Nigerians look to you for moral leadership. They ask why our children still cannot go to school safely, and why the suffering of families across the country continues without decisive national action.

Respectfully President Tinubu, Mr. Peter Obi, and leaders of all opposition parties and independent movements: Nigerians are calling for unity of purpose. The scale of insecurity affecting communities across 36 states and 774 local government areas cannot be solved by one leader, one party, or one administration alone. The roots of boko haram, banditry, and rural violence run deep, and only a coordinated national effort can address them.

240 million of Nigerians are demanding collaboration across political lines to stop the killings, secure farmlands, restore food production, and ensure that every child can return to school safely. If these steps are not taken now, the crisis will only deepen.

This appeal is not about politics. It is about the survival of our children and the future of our nation.
