Your Excellency Esteemed President Tinubu, 240 million Nigerians are
writing as a concerned Nigerian who feels deeply disappointed by the widening gap between your promises and the reality facing 240 million Nigerians respectfully
You announced a 50% discount for railway travel, yet the Warri–Itakpe train service has now been suspended. Air travel is too expensive for ordinary Nigerians, and road travel is dangerous due to bad roads and insecurity. Trains were the only safe and affordable option for many families.
Mr. President, why are we still having these train issues after your promises? Why are Nigerians told one thing and shown another? Nigerians are struggling, and they deserve honesty no lies, no slogans respectfully sir kindly tell Nigerians what you can do and what you cannot do and why you cannot do it is it no money or no will power this is no disrespect sir we are tired of the lies for decades
You also promised free electricity, free Wi-Fi/data, and improved security. Yet boko haram and other violent groups continue killing Nigerians as they have since 1999. Farmers cannot go to their farms. Children cannot go to school safely. Hunger and poverty are rising.
GDP numbers do not stop killings. GDP does not build free housing, hospitals, or schools. GDP does not put food on the table. Nigerians need real solutions, not statistics.
Respectfully to Mr. Peter Obi and all opposition leaders you do not need to be president to work with the 36 governors to stop the killings. Leadership is action, not travel, speeches, or social media posts.
Instead of talking about xenophobia abroad, ask why 240 million of Nigerians are forced to leave home Nigeria in the first place. Instead of showing us where you live, remember that 240 million of Nigerians are homeless in the 36 states 774 LGA
With all due respect sir if you are serious about saving this country Nigeria, work together—APC, PDP, LP, independent candidates—to address the root causes of insecurity, hunger, and poverty. If you cannot do this, then stop making promises you will not keep. This is a humble request
Nigerians are tired of suffering. We need leaders who will act now 5/27/2026
