Presidential Primaries: No Evidence to Back APC’s Claim of Tinubu’s Numbers – Fagbemi

On the numbers emerging from political party membership registration, and whether they comply with the Electoral Act, the painful reality is that most political parties that have completed their primaries have breached provisions of the Electoral Act. Section 88 of the Electoral Act states that the court can intervene in cases of non-compliance with the Constitution. No political party in Nigeria, including the APC, has used any digital means for accreditation.

Owen Usman: These people are criminals. If they are doing this in the primaries, what would happen in the 2027 election. What they would later say is go to court. It's up to Nigerians.
