Part 2 of introducing food from my country and around the world
Yesterday I shared with you all world's best dumplings. Today, I share will you one of my fav Thai dishes- Pad see ew.
Although it has Ew in its name, its far from being EW. its aEwwsome! Pad See Ew is a classic Thai street food noodle dish. The name roughly translates to "friend with soy sauce" in Thai. It tastes smoky, savory, and slightly sweet with silky noodles coated in rich soy sauce and garlicky aroma.
The main ingredients are
-Wide fresh rice noodles
-Dark soy sauce with light soy sauce
-Garlic
-Protien (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp tofu)
You can add veggies of your choice as well.
I would love to try to make this dish with buffalo meat when I go back to Nepal!
While I'm enjoying sharing food from my part of the world to you on the other part of the world, I'd also LOVE to learn more about food from your part of the world. Please feel free to share with me your fav dishes. either comment down below (pictures are appreciated :D) or just dm me!
